The hike started from the Flushing trainstation from where we walked over the docks to the outer sea dyke to the center of the city where we had lunch. After lunch we walked over the boulevard in a north westerly direction to the sand dunes that protecht the island of Walcheren to the North Sea.
We continued over the top of those dunes to a bus stop at the village of Zoutelande and passed the highest top 'Groot Valkenisse' about 2km from the end of the hike. From the bus stop we went to the city of Middelburg for dinner and the train back home..
